Abstract

The invention relates to a method and device for managing a specific payment transaction by presetting a configuration item of the payment transaction. The device includes an intelligent card with a payment function. An external matching unit of the device writes the configuration item of the payment transaction in the device by sending an instruction to the intelligent card. In a card swiping process, the device executes the specific payment transaction according to the configuration item of the payment transaction. According to the method, on the original safety basis of the intelligent card, the transaction sum and date are limited, so that the safety of payment transaction of the intelligent card is further improved. The method comprises the steps that (1) the configuration item of the payment transaction is set by the external matched unit of the device; (2) the device reads and determines the instruction issued by a card reader; (3) if the instruction is a payment transaction instruction, the payment transaction is executed according to a condition set by the configuration item of the payment transaction; and (4) otherwise, the instruction issued by the card reader is executed directly.
