The invention discloses a cordyceps sinensis and cordyceps militaris extracting solution, and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises following steps: cordyceps sinensis and cordyceps militaris are grinded into powder and sieved respectively, and are immersed in water of 38 to 42 DEG C for 9 to 11h of stirring respectively so as to obtain a cordyceps sinensis medicine liquid and a cordyceps militaris medicine liquid, wherein the weight amount of water used for immersing cordyceps sinensis accounts for 18 to 22 times of that of cordyceps sinensis, and the weight amount of water used for immersing cordyceps militaris accounts for 18 to 22 times of that of cordyceps militaris; the obtained cordyceps sinensis medicine liquid and the obtained cordyceps militaris medicine liquid are filtered respectively, and the obtained filtrates are diluted until medicine liquid concentration ranges from 0.045 to 0.055g/ml, and are filtered so as to obtain a cordyceps sinensis extract and a cordyceps militaris extract respectively; and the cordyceps sinensis extract and the cordyceps militaris extract are mixed at a mass ratio of 1:1-5 so as to obtain the cordyceps sinensis and cordyceps militaris extracting solution.
