Abstract

The invention discloses a realization method of a multimedia short message in a trunked system, comprising the following steps: a sending terminal sends a multimedia short message sending request to a trunked core network through a sending side trunked base station; the trunked core network sends the address of a resource server to the sending terminal through the sending side trunked base station in response to the sending request; the sending terminal uploads a multimedia short message to the resource server; after uploading, the resource server sends an uploading completion notice to the trunked core network, wherein the uploading completion notice contains the address of the multimedia short message; and the trunked core network sends the multimedia short message or the address of the multimedia short message to one or at least two receiving terminals through a receiving side trunked base station.
