The method comprises steps that a target shielding face image is acquired; the target shielding face image is pre-processed to acquire the sample data of the target shielding face image, and the sample data is taken as the test sample data; an estimate of a first expression coefficient of the test sample data on a training sample set is determined; according to the training sample set, the test sample data and the estimate of the first expression coefficient, a shielding mask and a recovery mask are determined; the no-shielding estimation data of the test sample data is determined according to the estimate of the first expression coefficient, the shielding mask and the recovery mask; an estimate of a second expression coefficient of the no-shielding estimation data on the training sample set is determined; an identity identification model is constructed according to the training sample set and the estimate of the second expression coefficient; the no-shielding estimation data is inputted to the identity identification model, and the identity information of the target shielding face image is acquired.
