The method comprises: using a distributed type wind vibration monitoring device to access the communication fiber passing a to-be-tested channel to obtain the wind vibration frequency spectrums of the entire channel at all time; and through the use of a conversion method, calculating the audible wind noise at each position in real time. Through the use of light sensing technology, the wind vibration frequency spectrums can be detected; and through a calibration model, the radiation sound pressure level can be calculated so as to further convert and obtain for the wind pressure level on the ground based on the line characteristics.
