The generation method comprises the following steps of obtaining a voucher number and a cipher block of a customer, wherein the voucher number is a number of a voucher, the voucher is a debit card or a credit card or a pass book, the cipher block is obtained after passwords of the voucher which are input by the customer through a terminal are encrypted through a first key, and the number of the passwords is greater than 1; obtaining a preset second key; and outputting check data corresponding to the passwords of the voucher according to the number of the passwords, the second key, the voucher number and the cipher block. A function of setting multiple correct passwords to one voucher is realized, and the personalized passwords are provided for the customer.
