The control method comprises the steps of receiving movement information, sent by the head-mounted device, of the head of a wearer; and controlling movement and adjustment of a display image in the handheld mobile device according to the movement information, so that the wearer can watch the display image on the handheld mobile device by wearing the head-mounted device. By adopting the control method provided by the invention, a user only needs to wear the head-mounted device, and even if the mobile device is separated from the head-mounted device, the movement of the display image on the mobile device can be controlled according to the movement information of the head-mounted device, so that virtual display experience can be met.
