Abstract

The invention discloses a satellite-WiFi flight time integrated positioning system and a method thereof. The system comprises a satellite navigation system, a WiFi access point, a mobile device and related integrated positioning software, wherein the mobile device is required to have a navigation function and a WiFi function so as to collect satellite positioning information and WiFi information, and the WiFi access point has a wireless channel state information collection function for collecting channel information, measures a WiFi flight time in combination with related algorithm and method provided by the invention, and figures out a user position in combination with satellite measurement data. According to the satellite-WiFi flight time integrated positioning system disclosed by the invention, the WiFi function is organically combined with the satellite navigation function, the cost of the system is reduced by the hardware resources and communication protocols of the existing mobile device, and indoor and outdoor seamless coverage positioning of the vast mobile devices is achieved.
