Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of heat exchangers and particularly relates to an ultrasonic descaling monitoring and adjusting system. The system comprises an ultrasonic generator, an oscillator, a transmission cable, a transducer and a signal processor. A scaling detector, a heat exchange amount sensor and a heat exchange duration monitor are arranged in heat exchange equipment, and the scaling detector, the heat exchange amount sensor and the heat exchange duration monitor are connected to the signal processor. The signal processor is further connected to the ultrasonic generator for controlling power of the ultrasonic generator to control according to data collected in the heat exchange equipment. The ultrasonic generator is connected to the transducer through transmission, and the oscillator is arranged in the heat exchange equipment, so that the ultrasonic generator can be effectively controlled to work efficiently, and therefore, scale of the heat exchange equipment is more thoroughly cleaned.
