The method comprises the steps that an Internet of videos server obtains first video streaming from Internet of videos terminals; the Internet of videos server sends the first video streaming to a protocol conversion server; the protocol conversion server converts the first video streaming into second video streaming; and the protocol conversion server sends the second video streaming to a recording and playing server located in an IP network, thereby forwarding the second video streaming to clients in the IP network for playing.
