Problems solved by technology

Although "aerial roots" are safe, they have many disadvantages. Not only does it take a long time for the roots to emerge, the roots are chaotic and have different directions, and the planting process is cumbersome. The potting period is long when potting, the combination of rhizomes and stems is far less than that of seedlings, and the root system is weak and difficult to form taproots and fleshy roots, which affects the later growth rate and the formation of tubers
At present, the watering method for potted succulents is mainly sprinkler irrigation. In this irrigation method, water enters the inner layer through the surface of the plant material and then flows out through the bottom hole. The loss of substrate and nutrients, and accelerate the aging of the plant material, resulting in "hardening"

Embodiment 1

[0017] A kind of root-inducing method for vegetative propagation of succulents, comprising the following steps:

[0018] (1) Select healthy succulent plants. After the succulent plants are selected, irradiate them with ultraviolet light for 3 times, 3 hours each time, once every other day; use a sterile knife to cut neat, strong, unwooden cuttings, and place them in the air in turn. The seedling trays are aired in an environment with astigmatism, good ventilation, and humidity below 50% for 3-5 days, until the incision is dry and flat, and callus tissue begins to form, so as to ensure that the root after cutting is mainly cross-section;

[0019] (2) According to the height of the cuttings, cut off a few leaves at the bottom to facilitate stable insertion and correct plant shape, and continue to be placed straight on the empty seedling tray to provide conditions for the plant to be upright and upright after cutting, and to inhibit the petiole from growing roots;

Embodiment 2

[0025] A kind of root-inducing method for vegetative propagation of succulents, comprising the following steps:

[0026] (1) Select healthy succulent plants. After selecting succulent plants, use ultraviolet light to irradiate them twice, each time for 3 hours, once every other day. Use a sterile knife to cut out neat, strong, unwooden cuttings, and place them straight in the air. The seedling trays are aired in an environment with astigmatism, good ventilation, and humidity below 50% for 3-5 days, until the incision is dry and flat, and callus tissue begins to form, so as to ensure that the root after cutting is mainly cross-section;

[0027] (2) According to the height of the cuttings, cut off a few leaves at the bottom to facilitate stable insertion and correct plant shape, and continue to be placed straight on the empty seedling tray to provide conditions for the plant to be upright and upright after cutting, and to inhibit the petiole from growing roots;

Abstract

The invention discloses a vegetative propagation root inducing method of succulent plants. The root inducing method comprises steps of (1) selecting cuttings and generating calluses; (2) wiping out blades at lower layers of the cuttings; (3) preparing cottage media; (4) cutting; (5) adding water at a depth of 1-1.5m into a water storage seedling bench, and immersing the media into the water through a bottom hole of a cave disc; and (6) overall extraction and potting. According to the invention, rooting time is greatly shortened and root quality is improved; potting is quick without growth periods and damaging roots; use time of the media is efficiently extended; the bottom is paved with a medical stone, so water can be purified, humidity at the bottom of the cave disc can be increased, air is increased, water logging is prevented and saturation and levels of water adsorption of the media are ensured; use rate of water and fertilizer are increased, and irrigation energy consumption and labor capacity are reduced; and yield speed, quality and uniformity degree are improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of plant propagation, in particular to a root-inducing method for vegetative propagation of succulents. Background technique [0002] Succulents and most succulent rhizomes are mainly propagated by branch cuttings and leaf cuttings. Since the cuttings are mostly annual tender and semi-woody, it is more conducive to rooting and interception. Water control during cuttings is especially important. Due to the lower chassis of the intercepted part, it is not conducive to the ventilation after cuttings, and it is easy to black rot. In order to avoid casualties, the aerial roots are usually aired out before planting, which is commonly called "aerial roots". Although "aerial roots" are safe, they have many disadvantages. Not only does it take a long time for the roots to emerge, the roots are chaotic and have different directions, and the planting process is cumbersome. When potting, the potting period is long, the combinati...
