The method is technically characterized by the following: the homogeneous microorganism extract using useful and functional microorganisms and the method for producing the same are characterized in that: microorganisms are homogenized with a complex enzyme (protein, sugars, fat, fiber, synthetic enzymes for acids and alkalis, and decomposition enzymes etc.), primary metabolites, secondary metabolites, antibiotic substances, various active materials, and the like, which are produced through combination culture in which cultured useful microorganisms and functional microorganisms are made and cultured under a symbiotic relationship such that the useful microorganisms and functional microorganisms serve as a substrate and a raw material; then microorganism inducing substances, crop growth inducing substances, and pest resistance inducing substances are extracted from microorganism cells; and the resultant extract is sterilized and concentrated.
