Abstract

The defrosting and refrigerating system comprises a compressor, a water disc defrosting pipe, an evaporator coil pipe and an air pressure difference switch. An outlet of the compressor is connected with an inlet of the evaporator coil pipe through a first branch and a second branch which are arranged in parallel. The first branch comprises a hot air by-pass pipe and the evaporator water disc defrosting pipe. The outlet of the compressor is connected with the inlet of the evaporator coil pipe through the hot air by-pass pipe and the evaporator water disc defrosting pipe sequentially. The hot air by-pass pipe is provided with a first control valve; and the second branch is provided with a second control valve. A defrosting control signal is generated when the pressure difference, between pressure obtained at an air pressure sampling port of an air inlet of an evaporator and pressure obtained at an air pressure sampling port of an air outlet of the evaporator, of the air pressure difference switch is larger than the defrosting starting pressure difference. The defrosting control signal triggers the first control valve to be switched to a starting state and triggers the second control valve to be switched to a stopping state.
