The method includes: presetting a node relationship corresponding table, receiving a switching request of a first service node used by a client at present, and searching for the most optimal second service node, which provides service and is specific to the client, from the node relationship corresponding table, and feeding back the second service node. The node relationship corresponding table stores a node identifier marking multiple levels of domains to which the service node belongs, clients in areas where service nodes are located, and preferred sequence of the nodes in each level of areas. According to the technical solution, after a fault occurs to a service node, an optimal service node may be re-selected for the client, to implement transregional scheduling of service nodes; because identifies are divided according to different levels of areas, the selection of an optimal service node cross regions only requires to find the identifiers of service nodes in the area when the superior regional identifier is the same; the response speed is quick.
