The movement axis adjusting device comprises a mechanism for adjusting the movement axis of the movement executing device to allow the movement axis of the movement executing device to coincide with the movement axes of the ankles of human bodies and a mechanism for adjusting rotation angles of the movement axis of the movement executing device on a turnover platform.
