According to the intelligent multi-target optimization algorithm, a cargo damage coefficient is introduced into a common VRPTW (Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows) model aiming at properties that cold-chain products are easy to rot and have time windows; minimum distribution cost and highest distribution service punctuality as optimization targets; meanwhile, a plurality of restraints including vehicle capacity, soft time windows, fuzzy travel time and the like are considered, and a multi-target vehicle path optimization model for cold-chain logistics is established; the model is solved by adopting an improved genetic algorithm; the model is also solved by adopting a non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm with an elitist strategy.
