When the method disclosed by the embodiment of the invention detects that the electric signals in the screen edge area generate changes, the events which cause the electric signals in the screen edge area to generate changes are determined to be the edge touch control events through reading the displacement acceleration data on the acceleration sensor when detecting that the displacement acceleration data have positive and negative changes within the first preset period of time, and the implementation mode is simple.
