Abstract

The measurement system includes a laser emitting device, a laser displacement sensor, a position sensor and a computer. The measurement device can be combined with a processing device in a processing field for high-precision non-contact online measurement of flatness of different kinds of large-scale non-continuous planes. According to the invention, the height z of a to-be-measured point is measured through combination of the laser displacement sensor and the position sensor. The plane coordinates (X, Y) of the to-be-measured point are measured with combination of the processing device. Then data treatment is performed and the flatness value is obtained. The system and method provided by the invention has characteristics of non-contact type, large measurement range, adaptability for surfaces of different materials and the like, can be applied to flatness measurement of the non-continuous planes of different sizes and different materials.
