The system comprises insulation monitoring devices arranged on direct-current buses of different direct-current systems, wherein the insulation monitoring devices are communicated, and a balancing bridge circuit is arranged on each direct-current bus and is provided with a selector switch, so that the balancing bridge circuit is switched between a balanced state and a non-balanced state. When mutual direct-current flow occurs between two direct-current power systems, two mutually connected poles are approximately consistent in voltage. When the local-side system performs non-balanced bridge switching, the voltage of the opposite-side system also correspondingly changes, mutual direct-current flow is judged based on the phenomenon, and branch circuits producing mutual direct-current flow are selected out.
