Embodiment Construction

[0023] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0024] The present invention proposes a sea ice-sea water automatic recognition method based on four-polarization (VV, HH, HV, VH) SAR images, and the specific method flow is as follows figure 1 As shown, the steps mainly include:

[0025] Step 1: Four-polarization SAR image preprocessing. The Lee filter method is used to remove the noise of the four-polarization SAR image, where the four-polarization scattering coefficients are: S VV ,S HH ,S HV S VH . cross polarization S' is used in the following steps HV Replace S in the algorithm below HV .

[0026] Step 2: Calculate the average direction drift angle φ 0 and its standard deviation σ. φ 0 The relationship with σ is where θ is the radar incidence angle.

[0027] Step 3: In step 2, * means complex conjugate, and Re(*) means real part.

[0028] Step 4: Utilize the formula ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a synthetic aperture radar sea ice-sea water automatic identification method, which uses a four-polarization SAR normalized radar scattering interface (NRCS) to calculate the SAR image polarization ratio. At the same time, the direction drift angle and its standard deviation are calculated by using the four-polarization complex image, and then substituted into the Bragg scattering coefficient model formula together with the radar incident angle parameters to obtain the corresponding theoretical polarization with a relative permittivity of 0‑90 and a step size of 0.1 Ratio, find the average polarization ratio image. Taking the average polarization ratio as the criterion, when the polarization ratio of the SAR image is greater than the average theoretical polarization ratio, it is judged as seawater, otherwise it is judged as sea ice. The calculation method of the invention provides a physical identification method for the pollutant automatic monitoring technology. This method is based on the multi-polarization Bragg (Bragg) scattering mechanism, and the roughness spectral function is eliminated in the process of solving the polarization ratio (PR), so that the problem is simplified to a method of distinguishing sea ice and seawater by using the polarization ratio.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of oceans, and in particular relates to a sea ice-sea water detection method based on a full polarization synthetic aperture radar image. Background technique [0002] Global warming has led to the melting of sea ice at the two poles of the earth, and the minimum average sea ice thickness and sea ice area in summer continue to decrease. Changes in the melting characteristics of Arctic sea ice have an amplified feedback effect on global climate change, leading to global warming and frequent extreme climate events. Therefore, remote sensing monitoring of polar sea ice has become a hotspot in global change research, among which the use of satellite synthetic aperture radar (SAR) for sea ice monitoring is an effective means of all-weather high-resolution monitoring. However, for the automatic identification and monitoring technology of sea ice and sea water, there is no effective sea ice-sea water automatic ide...
