Abstract

The invention discloses a method for simultaneously detecting fat-soluble vitamins and water-soluble vitamins in feed. The method comprises (1) preparing a multivitamin standard solution comprising at least two or more of the following vitamins such as VB1, VB3, VB6, VB2, VB7, VB12, vitamin A acetate, vitamin D3 and vitamin E acetate and acquiring a standard curve equation through a HPLC-MS / MS detection standard solution, (2) weighing 5-10g of a sample, adding the sample into a volumetric flask and preferably into 100 ml of a brown volumetric flask, adding an extraction solution into the brown volumetric flask, carrying out ultrasonic extraction for 10-30min, carrying out cooling, volume metering and centrifugation, carrying out filtration through an organic phase filter machine having thickness of 0.22 microns, adding the filtrate into a detection device and carrying out an analysis test through the gradient elution program and mass spectrometry detection parameters used in the step 1, and (3) calculating multivitamin contents in the sample according to the test results in the steps 1 and 2.
