The double-suspension equipment comprises a stroller frame, wheels arranged on the stroller frame and the sitting-lying device used for sitting and lying of an infant and further provided with a seat hinged to the stroller frame through a hinged seat connecting rod. Each of the two sides of the sitting-lying device is hinged to the stroller frame through a connecting rod assembly. The stroller frame comprises a first stroller frame body and a second stroller frame body which are hinged mutually. According to the sitting-lying device, one end of a first seat support, a left inner seat connecting rod, a left outer seat connecting rod and one end of a second seat support are hinged in sequence through a first seat shaft, a second seat shaft, a third seat shaft and a fourth seat shaft; the other end of the first seat support, a right inner seat connecting rod, a right outer seat connecting rod and the other end of the second seat support are hinged in sequence through a fifth seat shaft, a sixth seat shaft, a seventh seat shaft and an eighth seat shaft; and the first seat support and the second seat support can rotate within the range of 0-360 degrees relative to the left inner seat connecting rod, the left outer seat connecting rod, the right inner seat connecting rod and the right outer seat connecting rod.
