Abstract

The invention discloses a process mining method and system based on implicit characteristics. The method comprises the steps that an original log is input, log filtering is performed to obtain a new log, the implicit characteristics in the new log are looked for, 2-degree cycles in the implicit characteristics are distinguished from a concurrent structure, the 2-degree cycles of the same type are divided through the adjoining degree between tasks, and mining is performed according to a process mining algorithm to obtain a Petri net model with a 2-degree cycle. According to the process mining analysis method based on the Petri net, the Petri net model with a short cycle is output with the log having local completeness being input.
