The method comprises steps: a delivery task is acquired, and according to a delivery starting address and a delivery destination address of a to-be-delivered article, a concentrated transportation warehouse for the delivery task is selected; the first delivery section for each to-be-delivered article in the delivery task is determined, and the second delivery section for the delivery task is determined; a first sub delivery sheet corresponding to delivery of the to-be-delivered article in each first delivery section and a second sub delivery sheet corresponding to delivery of the to-be-delivered article in the second delivery section are created; a starting instruction for a sub delivery task corresponding to each first sub delivery sheet is sent; after all to-be-delivered articles reach the concentrated transportation warehouse, a sheet combination operation execution instruction for the to-be-delivered articles is sent; and a starting instruction for a sub delivery task corresponding to the second sub delivery sheet is sent. According to the sectional delivery method disclosed by the invention, the operation executed by a buyer during the delivery process can be reduced, convenience is provided for the buyer, and the delivery time efficiency is also enhanced.
