Problems solved by technology

However, in the actual use process, the tissue is squeezed by the staple cartridge and the anvil, and it is easy to be flattened, causing the tissue at both ends to overflow, and the cutter cannot separate the overflowing tissue at both ends, resulting in the problem that the tissue cannot be completely cut off

Embodiment 1

[0019] See Figure 1 to Figure 2 , The surgical stapler according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention is shown, which includes: an instrument body 100, a handle 200 arranged at the proximal end of the body 100, and a nail head 300 arranged at the proximal end of the body 100.

[0020] The instrument body 100 includes a stent 101 having a distal end and a proximal end. The handle 200 includes a grip 201 held by a surgeon by hand, and the like.

[0021] The staple head 300 includes a staple cartridge assembly 1, an anvil 2 and a tissue retaining mechanism (not labeled).

[0022] Preferably, in this embodiment, the nail head 300 is curved, and the surgical stapler is a curved stapler, see Figure 1 to Figure 3 , The nail head 300 includes a U-shaped support structure 3 for supporting and installing the nail cartridge assembly 1 and the anvil 2. The nail head 300 can be designed as a multiple firing device with replaceable staple cartridge assembly 1, or can be designed as a singl...

Abstract

The invention relates to a surgical anastomat. The surgical anastomat comprises an instrument body, a handle part arranged at the near end of the body and a nail head part arranged at the far end of the body. The nail head part comprises a nail bin assembly, an anvil stand and a tissue anti-spilling mechanism. The nail bin assembly comprises a nail bin and a cutter movably arranged in the nail bin. The anvil stand comprises a nail anvil located at the far end of the nail bin and a cutter anvil. The cutter anvil is provided with a cutting gasket corresponding to the cutter. The tissue anti-spilling mechanism comprises a first extending part and a second extending part capable of maintaining tissue between two ends of the cutting gasket. The second extending part is fixedly arranged on the cutter anvil and extends from the cutter anvil to the nail bin. The inside where the second extending part is in contact with the tissue is provided with a guide structure along a length direction. When the cutter stretches out of the nail bin and moves forwards to the cutting gasket, an end part of the cutter slides to the cutting gasket through the guide structure. The surgical anastomat is capable of breaking the tissue well during operation.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of medical instruments, and relates to a surgical instrument, in particular to a surgical stapler. Background technique [0002] The stapler is a medical device that replaces manual sutures. It is widely used in surgical anastomosis of physiological tissues in the digestive tract such as intestines. The main working principle is to use a cutter and staples to break and anastomize the tissue. [0003] Typically, a surgical stapler includes a staple cartridge assembly, an anvil, a closing mechanism, and a firing mechanism. The staple cartridge assembly includes a staple cartridge containing staples and a cutter. Generally, at least one row of staples is provided on both sides of the cutter. The anvil includes an anvil; the closing mechanism is used to make the staple cartridge and the anvil close to each other, thereby clamping the contained tissue between the staple cartridge and the anvil; the firing mechanism is used to fir...
