The baicalin capsule is mainly prepared from baicalin, a dissolving agent, a diluting agent, an emulsifying-solubilizing agent, an antioxidant stabilizer and a light-screening agent, wherein the using amount of the baicalin is 32 to 78 percent of the prescription dosage; the dissolving agent and the diluting agent are mainly animal oil and plant oil; the baicalin stability can be improved effectively by increasing the solubility of the baicalin in the animal oil and the plant oil; the antioxidant stabilizer is vitamin E and ascorbic acid ester palmitate in order to enhance the oxidation resistance of a product; a soft capsule shell is made of gelatin, glycerol and sorbitol, and the light-screening agent is added; the materials are dissolved and mixed uniformly by blanching, stirring and heating, and then pressing, molding and drying are performed to obtain the baicalin capsule.
