The invention particularly relates to a method for detecting trace
sulfur dioxide in food. The invention aims to develop a method for enriching distilled
sulfur dioxide in food, which can remove interference ground color in a to-be-detected sample, amplify a to-be-detected
signal and realize detection of trace
sulfur dioxide in the to-be-detected food. According to the main technical scheme, the method comprises the following steps: acidifying food to be detected, distilling through steam, and introducing distillate into enrichment liquid; after the
distillation is finished, rapidly heating the enrichment liquid, and intensively absorbing the released
sulfur dioxide gas through the receiving liquid; the enrichment liquid is prepared from the following components: 1.0 mol / L to 2.0 mol / L of
triethyl phosphate, 0.1 mol / L to 0.5 mol / L of ascorbyl palmitate and 0.1 mol / L to 0.5 mol / L of Na2HPO4. Through
verification, the method can realize detection of trace
sulfur dioxide, the
detection limit reaches ng level, and the method for detecting part of
colored food based on spectral characteristics is expanded.
