The method comprises the steps of analyzing a PPTX format file to a preset folder; obtaining an original path of the OCX control contained by a slide in the PPTX format file, wherein the slide is in a projection state; obtaining a current absolute path of the OCX control according to the original path of the OCX control and an absolute path of a temporary folder; and loading the OCX control according to the current absolute path. Under the condition that the absolute path of the OCX control is taken as a link address for production of the slide, the OCX control contained by the currently projected slide can be accurately loaded by storing the PPTX format file under any path.
