Abstract

The invention discloses a data collection method of a wireless sensor network based on a mobile sink. The data collection method of the wireless sensor network based on the mobile sink comprises the steps of firstly selecting retaining points based on prospective earnings and calculating the shortest path which starts from an initial position and passes through all the retaining points by utilizing a simulated annealing algorithm so as to guarantee to return to the initial position within a required time delay range; and then moving the mobile sink at a uniform speed and visiting each retaining point along the shortest path sequentially to collect sensing data of sensor nodes near the retaining points. The data collection method of the wireless sensor network based on the mobile sink can guarantee network time delay, can reduce energy consumption resulted from data forwarding between network nodes and can maximize the data collection amount of the mobile sink.
