Embodiment Construction

[0033] figure 1 is a simplified component diagram of a control system 100 for improving the reproducibility of cooking results of a multifunctional cooking device 200 according to one embodiment of the present invention. will be directed at the method 1000 performed by the control system 100 figure 2 described in the context of a simplified flowchart of figure 1 . The following description uses reference figure 1 and figure 2 Both reference numbers.

[0034] The control system 100 is communicatively coupled with the cooking device 200 via the interface assemblies 110 , 120 . The interface may be of any suitable interface type that supports data exchange between the cooking device 200 and the control system 100 . For example, a serial interface (such as a USB interface) or a parallel interface (such as an IEEE 1284 interface) or an internal communication bus may be used. The control system 100 may be an integral component of the cooking device 200, or it may be remote ...

Abstract

A control system and control method for improving the reproducibility of cooking results of a multifunctional cooking device within predefined tolerances. The control system includes a recipe program interface component for accessing the recipe program and forwarding recipe program instructions to the cooking device. Specific recipe programs are configured to execute under predefined operating conditions. The operational parameter interface component receives actual operational parameter values. The operating condition estimator component examines actual operating parameter values. If the actual technical performance parameters deviate from the predefined operating conditions and indicate an irreparable deficiency in the technical performance of the cooking device, an instruction is sent to the cooking device preventing or stopping the automatic execution of the specific recipe program. If the actual technical performance parameter deviates from the predefined operating conditions and indicates a compensable deficiency of the technical performance, the compensation order is determined according to the predefined compensation rules. The recipe adjustment component adjusts the particular recipe according to the compensation instructions if the compensation instructions include at least one recipe adjustment instruction.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates generally to a cooking device, and more particularly to operating the cooking device under varying operating conditions to have reproducible cooking results. Background technique [0002] Cooking devices or devices have recently become more and more intelligent by integrating various functions into the device. For example, modern cooking appliances integrate functions such as heating, mixing, boiling, pureeing, etc. into a single multifunctional cooking appliance. However, it is usually necessary to operate the cooking device with appropriate technical parameter settings (eg temperature settings, rotation speed settings etc.) to ensure correct operation. Correct operation of a cooking device as used hereinafter refers to correct, safe and / or reliable operation for producing reproducible cooking results with a cooking device. [0003] The desired cooking result of a particular meal is thus defined as the cooking device wh...
