The method comprises the steps that the initial value of the outlet end temperature value of hot fluid is acquired; the exchange heat of the hot fluid is calculated according to the inlet end enthalpy value of the hot fluid and the outlet end enthalpy value of the hot fluid; the outlet end temperature value of cold fluid is calculated according to the inlet end temperature value of the hot fluid, the outlet end temperature value of the hot fluid, the inlet end temperature value of the cold fluid and the exchange heat of the hot fluid; the exchange heat of the cold fluid is calculated according to the inlet end enthalpy value of the cold fluid and the outlet end enthalpy value of the cold fluid; whether the convergence condition is met is judged; and if the convergence condition is met, the outlet end temperature value of the hot fluid, the outlet end temperature value of the cold fluid, the exchange heat of the hot fluid and the exchange heat of the cold fluid are outputted.
