Abstract

The invention provides an automatic construction method for a legal ontology knowledge base, by which the legal ontology knowledge base can be constructed according to legal judgment writs. The method comprises the steps: utilizing cyber legal text data to count specialized high-frequency words in the legal judgment documents, and constructing a word list of the legal field according to the specialized high-frequency words which are obtained via counting; removing stop words in the legal judgment documents according to the constructed word list of the legal field, and then segmenting words; carrying out iteration classification on the legal judgment document data according to the legal judgment document data in which the words are segmented, extracting subject words of each category in the classification of each time, and dividing the subject words of each category according to the classification hierarchy sequence to obtain the hierarchical relationship between the subject words; and constructing the legal ontology knowledge base according to the extracted subject words and the obtained hierarchical relationship between the subject words.
