The left and right of the bottoms of front and rear doors of a suspended monorail vehicle are symmetrically provided with a plurality of vehicular permanent magnets; base grooves in bilateral symmetry are arranged below platform screen doors; in operating state, base electromagnets and the vehicular permanent magnets are in homopolar repulsion state so as to ensure restoring torque required for suppressing lateral sloshing of the vehicle body. Electromagnetic force is controlled in real time through displacement signals of the vehicle body and platform so as to suppress the vehicle body lateral sloshing due to wind load or passenger boarding and alighting when the suspended monorail vehicle is parked at the platform, so that boarding and alighting safety and comfort are ensured for passengers.
