The method comprises the steps of prompting a user to carry out security setting and initializing the Android mobile phone anti-theft system; prompting the user to insert a well-matched attachment into a USB interface and monitoring a security state of the mobile phone according to the insertion and pull-out condition of the attachment in the USB interface; when it is detected that the attachment in the USB interface is pulled out, judging that the mobile phone is stolen, popping out a lock screen interface and controlling the mobile phone to generate alarm information; continuously monitoring a mobile phone lock screen state, if it is judged that the mobile phone is unlocked, continuously monitoring the security state of the mobile phone; and if it is judged that the mobile phone is not unlocked, considering that the mobile phone is still in a stolen state, and controlling the mobile phone to continuously generate the alarm information.
