[0028] Experimental Example 1: Protective effect of inulin on P. acnes / LPS-induced liver injury in mice

[0029] Male C57BL / 6 mice (18-20 g) were divided into 4 groups:

[0030] (1) Control group: 5 mice. The mice were injected with 0.15 mL of normal saline intraperitoneally every day for 9 consecutive days. On the third day, the mice were injected with 100 μL of normal saline through the tail vein, and on the ninth day, the mice were injected with 100 μL of normal saline through the tail vein.

[0031] (2) P. acnes / LPS group: 9 mice. The mice were intraperitoneally injected with normal saline 0.15 mL per day for 9 consecutive days. On the third day, the mice were injected with P. acnes 1 mg / 100 μL through the tail vein, and on the ninth day the mice were LPS 1 μg / 100 μL was injected into the tail vein.

[0032] (3) Inulin low-dose group: 9 mice, mice were intraperitoneally injected with inulin (0.15 mL, 0.75 mg / kg) every day for 9 consecutive days. Among them, mice were inj...

[0041] Experimental Example 2: Protective effect of inulin on D-GalN-induced acute liver injury in mice

[0042] Male C57BL / 6 mice (18-20 g) were divided into 4 groups:

[0043] (1) Control group: 5 mice. The mice were injected intraperitoneally with 0.15 mL of normal saline every day for 7 consecutive days, and an additional 0.15 mL of normal saline was injected into the abdominal cavity on the seventh day.

[0044] (2) D-GalN group: 9 mice. The mice were intraperitoneally injected with normal saline 0.15 mL every day for 7 consecutive days, and D-GalN (0.15 mL, 800 mg / kg) was injected intraperitoneally on the seventh day.

[0045] (3) Inulin low-dose group: 9 mice, intraperitoneally injected with inulin (0.15 mL, 0.75 mg / kg) every day for 7 consecutive days. D-GalN (0.15 mL, 800 mg / kg) was injected intraperitoneally on the seventh day.

[0046] (4) Inulin high-dose group: 9 mice, intraperitoneally injected with inulin (0.15 mL, 1.5 mg / kg) every day for 7 consecutive days. ...

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of medicines, and in particular discloses application of alantolactone in preparing a medicine for preventing liver injury, and a medicinal preparation for preventing liver injury. According to the application, treatment functions of alantolactone to liver injury are observed by using a Propionibacterium acnes, P.acnes / LPS induced mouse liver injury model and a D-galactosamine (D-GalN) induced mouse liver injury model respectively, levels of serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase and glutamic oxalacetic transaminase are analyzed, animal experiments show that the alantolactone has certain prevention and treatment functions on P.acnes / LPS and D-GalN induced acute liver injury, liver tissue injury can be alleviated, the levels of serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase and glutamic oxalacetic transaminase are effectively reduced, and the alantolactone can be used as a novel way of medicine intervention for liver injury.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to the application of inulin in the preparation of drugs for preventing and treating liver damage. Background technique [0002] There are many factors that cause liver damage, such as: viruses, drugs, chemical poisons and metabolic disorders, etc., and the clinical incidence is increasing year by year. In the early stage, the transaminases are usually increased, and then as the disease progresses, the liver damage is further aggravated, and finally symptoms such as coagulation disorder, jaundice, hepatic encephalopathy, and ascites may appear. At present, it is believed that the body's immune response and oxidative stress are important causes of the disease, but the exact pathogenesis of liver injury is still unclear, and there is no effective treatment. Due to the large number of liver disease patients in our country, how to effectively prevent and treat liver damage has become an importa...
