The method comprises the following steps: acquiring traffic difference in comparison with the data amount which has forwarded on different communication interfaces; when the traffic difference exceeds the channel rate r on the communication interface with alpha time, forwarding the service data stream to the communication interface with low data amount by a switch, wherein alpha is the traffic balance threshold value, and alpha belongs to (0, 1). The stream table forward rule can be updated according to the data amount forwarded on different communication interfaces, the service load is shared to each interface in a balance way, the balance utilization of the multi-interface intelligent equipment resource is greatly improved, the congestion is lowered, the traffic balance of different interface is realized, and the better QoS service is provided for a user.
