The motor body comprises a stator and a rotor which are in rotation fit, the stator and the seat are in rotation fit, the motor body can rotate around the seat, and the axis, rotating around the seat, of the motor body deviates from the axis, rotating around the stator, of the rotor. When the motor body is electrified and the rotor rotates around the stator, the motor body is driven to swing on the seat through reverse acting force, accordingly, the rotor can abut against a wheel of the bicycle, the wheel is driven to rotate, intervention of other outer force cannot happen in the rotation starting process of the wheel, and rapidness and smoothness are achieved. When the rotor is separated from the wheel, inference and influences cannot be caused to the rotation speed of the wheel.
