Effective components of the composition are the difenoconazole and the 'Fubenmixian'an' which are compounded. The mass ratio of the difenoconazole to the 'Fubenmixian'an' is 1-40:40-1. A preparation includes 1-80% by mass of the effective components which are the difenoconazole and the 'Fubenmixian'an', with the balance being auxiliary components allowable and acceptable in pesticides. The dosage form of the composition is an emulsifiable solution, a suspension, wettable powder, water dispersible granules, an emulsion in water, a microemulsion, granules and microcapsules. The composition can effectively prevent and treat late blight, downy mildew, scab of cucurbit, anthrachose of grape, white rot, alternaria leaf spot, powdery mildew, brown speckle disease, rust disease, stripe rust, scab, and the like, and has good effects on grape anthracnose and white rot.
