Abstract

The system comprises an authentication center, a USB key, double-frequency RFID chips and an RFID handheld device. The invention also discloses a settlement method based on the double-frequency RFID. The method comprises steps that a supplier and a purchaser apply to the authentication center for electronic certificates; the supplier signs and encrypts original delivery information and then stores the information in the double-frequency RFID tags by use of an RFID printer and the USB key in the delivery process, and then places the double-frequency RFID tags on the corresponding materials; when the materials carrying the double-frequency RFID chips are sent to a purchaser warehouse, a purchaser warehouse worker scans the materials in batch through ultrahigh frequency by use of the RFID handheld device to recognize and decrypt the data in the double-frequency RIFD chips so as to check whether the data is consistent with the entities, and then sends checking results to the purchaser system; and the purchaser system informs a financial system to pay for the materials to the supplier. According to the invention, safe and quick demands on payment settlement of a supply chain between large enterprises are achieved.
