Embodiment Construction

[0012] As briefly described above, ongoing management of a pre-planned process digital presence may be provided by a management service. Asset owners' digital assets hosted at external resources can be continuously monitored through the management service. In response to detecting a change in the digital asset retrieved from the external resource, the change at the external resource can be analyzed. Changes can be processed to reclassify digital assets into asset classes. Digital assets and asset classes can be matched to suggested actions and suggested triggering events. Notifications can be sent to asset administrators prompting asset administrators to review digital assets, asset classes, suggested actions, and suggested triggering events.

[0013] In the following detailed description, reference may be made to the accompanying drawings, which form a part hereof, and in which are shown specific embodiments or examples by way of illustration. These aspects may be combined...

Abstract

Ongoing management for pre-planned handling of digital presence is provided. A service such as a management service continuously monitors digital assets of an asset owner hosted at external resources. A change to the digital assets retrieved from the external resources is analyzed in response to a detection of the change. The change is processed to reclassify the digital assets into asset categories. The digital assets and the asset categories are matched to suggested actions and suggested trigger events. The suggested actions include operations to dispose of the digital assets in case of an incapacitation of the asset owner. A notification is transmitted to an asset manager to prompt the asset manager to review the updates to the digital assets, the asset categories, the suggested actions, and the suggested trigger events.

Description

Background technique [0001] In every aspect of life, computerized automation of processes has proliferated, and data storage and processing has become a major component of networked systems that handle social interactions. In such systems, social data is entered, modified or deleted from multiple sources. Maintain and synchronize social data stores ranging from simple tables to complex databases as new entries or modifications are made by different sources. Additionally, various services are provided to enable interaction of internal and external parties with the social data hosted by the data storage device. Disabling events associated with owners of social data present formidable challenges in managing and disposing of social data. Contents of the invention [0002] This Summary is provided to introduce a selection of concepts in a simplified form that are further described below in the Detailed Description. This Summary is not intended to exclusively identify key featu...
