Abstract

The invention provides an automatic control system and method for water inflow temperature of a condenser. The system comprises the condenser, an expansion tank, a cooler and a warm water circulating pump; the condenser comprises a first water inlet pipe and a first water outlet pipe; the cooler comprises a second water inlet pipe and a second water outlet pipe; the expansion tank comprises a third water inlet pipe; the water outflow end of the warm water circulating pump is connected with a normally-open valve and a normally-closed valve in parallel; the water outflow end of the normally-closed valve is connected with the second water inlet pipe; after being converged with the water outflow end of the normally-open valve, the second water outlet pipe is connected with the first water inlet pipe; the first water outlet pipe is connected with the third water inlet pipe; and the first water inlet pipe is provided with a temperature indication controller. The method includes the steps that water is injected into the expansion tank, the temperature indication controller controls the water temperature and injects the water into the condenser, and warm water flows out of the condenser and enters the expansion tank. The system is good in leakproofness, automatic control over the water inflow temperature can be achieved, the using amount of steam is small, energy is saved, and the labor intensity of workers is lowered.
