Abstract

In one embodiment, the vehicle identifier (ID) and vehicle information of the first unmanned vehicle are transmitted over a network to a cloud server communicatively coupled to the plurality of unmanned vehicles. A list of one or more vehicle identifiers (IDs) is received from a cloud server. The vehicle ID identifies one or more unmanned vehicles within a predetermined geographic proximity of the first unmanned vehicle. The first unmanned vehicle communicates with a second unmanned vehicle selected from the list of one or more unmanned vehicles over a wireless local area network to exchange operating states between the first unmanned vehicle and the second unmanned vehicle.
