Abstract

The invention discloses a quick hardening composite coating which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 38-44 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 10-15 parts of metakaolin, 33-40 parts of quartz sand, 4-8 parts of fibrous asbestos, 3-7 parts of montmorillonoid and 3-7 parts of silica fume, wherein all the components are powdered. During use, water is added into the powder to be uniformly stirred, and the mass of the water is 25-35% of the mass of the powder. The invention further discloses a using method of the quick hardening composite coating. The quick hardening composite coating disclosed by the invention is simple in process, low in cost of raw materials, high in generalizability, high in hardening rate, high in early strength and excellent in anti-permeability performance, the construction speed is greatly improved, the construction period is shortened, and the cost is low.
