Abstract

The invention discloses a high-temperature liquid scale-less pouring device used for metal casting. The high-temperature liquid scale-less pouring device comprises a heat preservation box, a rotation device, a machine frame, liquid outlet devices and other structures. The interior of the heat preservation box is used for containing molten metal. The machine frame is arranged on the top of the heat preservation box. A telescopic device is arranged on the machine frame and is used for driving plug rods to move up and down so that liquid outlets in the bottom of the heat preservation box can be closed or opened and liquid discharge can be controlled. The molten metal flows out from the liquid outlets and flows into the liquid outlet devices. The liquid outlet devices are arranged at the bottom of the heat preservation box and are used for guiding the flow direction of the molten metal. The heat preservation box and the liquid outlet devices are of a whole structure. When the rotation device rotates, the heat preservation box and the liquid outlet devices can be driven to synchronously and horizontally swing in a reciprocating manner, and therefore the molten metal can be poured within the swing range, the swing speed and the speed of a pig casting machine are kept consistent, and the liquid outlet devices can be aligned with the middle of a mold all the time. The circumferential swing process of the rotation device replaces reciprocating movement of a traditional pouring trolley, and because no collision process is caused, it is ensured that appearance of cast ingots is smooth.
