The locking member is fixedly installed on a passage of the boarding bridge; each set of braking assembly comprises a swing member which is rotationally installed on a pick-up port, a swing wheel which is installed on the swing member and an elastic member; the elastic member is provided with pre-tightening force; under normal working state of a driving belt, abutting force is formed by the swing wheel matched with the outer side of the drivingbelt for balancing the pre-tightening force of the elastic member; when the length of the driving belt between a follow-up pulley and a driving wheel exceeds a set value or the driving belt is fractured; the pre-tightening force of the elastic member rotates the swing member to the direction of the locking member and makes the swing member matched with the locking member to achieve braking.
