Problems solved by technology

[0002] The identification method of coal and gangue is an important factor affecting the recovery rate of the top coal of fully mechanized caving face. The current control of the coal-drawing process mainly relies on the underground coal workers, through manual visual inspection and hearing, and in accordance with the principle of "seeing the gangue and closing the door". Due to the influence of factors such as large dust in fully mechanized caving flour, low visibility, and many underground noises, this judgment method has great inaccuracy and human subjectivity
There must be under-discharging or over-discharging of the top coal. Under-discharging will result in loss of coal, resulting in a reduction in the coal recovery rate of the working face; over-discharging will cause a large amount of gangue above the coal seam to be released, resulting in a decline in coal quality and increased transportation and washing costs.

Embodiment Construction

[0021] Such as figure 1 with figure 2 As shown, the identification method of microwave irradiation-infrared detection of coal and gangue, the identification device used in the identification method includes a microwave emission device 1, an infrared thermal imager 2 and a data processing controller 3;

[0022] The microwave emission device 1 is arranged at the rear of the top coal caving hydraulic support 4 in the fully mechanized caving face, and the infrared thermal imager 2 is installed on the rear side of the microwave emission device 1. The emission direction of the microwave emission device 1 and the detection direction of the infrared thermal imager 2 are the same Towards the rear of the top coal caving hydraulic support 4 on the fully mechanized caving face, the microwave emitting device 1 and the infrared thermal imager 2 are respectively connected to the data processing controller 3 through control cables.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for recognizing coal and waste rocks through microwave irradiation-infrared ray detection. The method comprises the following steps that a recognition device is fixedly mounted on the rear side of the bottom of a roof coal hydraulic support; the heights of a microwave emitting device and an infrared thermal imager in the recognition device are adjusted; because thechemical components of the coal and the waste rocks are different, the adsorption capability of the coal to microwaves is much higher than that of the waste rocks, in this way, the risen temperatureof the coal is higher than that of the waste rocks when the coal and the waste rocks are under the same microwave irradiation condition, the temperature rising situations of the coal and the waste rocks can be detected through the infrared thermal imager, thus the proportion of the falling coal and the waste rocks can be determined, and accordingly evidences can be provided for carrying out opening and closing of a roof coal window. Compared with a traditional recognition method of the coal and waste rocks, the method for recognizing the coal and waste rocks through microwave irradiation-infrared ray detection has the advantages of being rapid, accurate and reliable, the microwave emitting device is arranged in a mounting box, and thus good safe and dust prevention effects can be achieved.The recognition method is not limited to be used in an underground fully mechanized top-coal caving face, and can be expanded to other fields.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of coal mine safety production, and in particular relates to a microwave irradiation-infrared detection method for identifying coal and gangue. Background technique [0002] The identification method of coal and gangue is an important factor affecting the recovery rate of the top coal of fully mechanized caving face. The current control of the coal-drawing process mainly relies on the underground coal workers, through manual visual inspection and hearing, and in accordance with the principle of "seeing the gangue and closing the door". Due to the influence of factors such as large dust in fully-mechanized caving flour, low visibility, and many underground noises, this judgment method has great inaccuracy and human subjectivity. There is bound to be under-discharging or over-discharging of the top coal. Under-discharging will result in loss of coal, resulting in a reduction in the coal recovery rate of the wo...
