The video recording system comprises: an electronic stable program system which is used for acquiring vehicle speed information, a safe restraint system which is used for acquiring collision information, and an automobile data recorder which comprises a central processor and a CAN transceiver. The CAN transceiver communicates with the safe restraint system and the electronic stable program system through a whole vehicle network. The CAN transceiver reads the vehicle speed information and the collision information and sends the vehicle speed information and the collision information to the central processor. The central processor calculates a deceleration value of an operation of a vehicle on the basis of the vehicle speed information. If the automobile data recorder is in on state and the deceleration value achieves a preset value or the collision information is received, an accident situation storage function of the automobile data recorder is activated; if the automobile data recorder is in off state and the deceleration value achieves a preset value or the collision information is received, the automobile data recorder is started and the accident situation storage function of the automobile data recorder is activated. By means of the system and the method, information of an accident situation is ensured to be accurately recorded.

The rotor and a motor are coaxially connected. The position of the rotor, closer to the bearings, is provided with a shaft sleeve with a surface defect. The rotor is in contact with the outer circle of an eccentric wheel. The eccentric wheel is mounted on an axial excitation motor. The axial excitation motor is connected with a speed regulator B. The motor is connected with a speed regulator A. Two electrical vortex sensors are aligned with the intact detection surface of the rotor. Two electrical vortex sensors are aligned with the surface defect of the shaft sleeve. The electrical vortex sensors are connected with a computer through a preamplifier and a data acquisition box. The computer is provided with a data acquisition and analysis software. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the device can simulate the pseudo-vibration fault phenomenon caused by the axial vibration, and the fault elimination process thereof. Therefore, the pseudo-vibration fault mechanism caused by the axial vibration can be visually displayed. Meanwhile, the device provides the reference concept and the direct experience for the elimination of the above type of pseudo-vibration faults.
