Lower floating preventing blocks are mounted on the lower portions of the levee wall plates. The multiple levee wall plates are connected through flexible structures to form the telescopic automatic river levee for controlling the flood by means of the flood. When flood emerges, the levee wall plates can stretch out of the levee foundation and become the flood control levee body, the levee body rises when water rises, and the levee body falls when the water falls.
