The quick existing roadbed compaction and reinforcement device comprises a cylindrical rack providedwith two strip-shaped holes formed in a side wall, wherein compaction plates are arranged in the strip-shaped holes, seal heads and hydraulic cylinders are arranged at two ends of the rack, a base and a connecting rod frame are arranged in the rack, and the compaction plates are connected with a base through first connecting rods. The connecting rod frame is connected with the compaction plates through the connecting rods and is connected with the hydraulic cylinders. The damaged part of an existing roadbed is transversely drilled to form a pre-drilled hole transversely penetrating through the existing roadbed. The reinforcement device is put to the to-be-reinforced part in the pre-drilled hole, piston rods of the hydraulic cylinders push the compaction plates to extend out through the connecting rod frame and extrude the wall of the pre-drilled hole so as to form a compacted pre-drilled hole, and then cement mortar is injected. The steps are repeated to form a transverse composite foundation at the damaged part of the roadbed, and quick existing roadbed reinforcement is completed.
