The horizontal revolving mechanism comprises a first motor and a first worm rod; and the first worm rod is engagedwith a water inlet end of the lower bent pipe. The pitching revolving mechanism comprises a second motor, a second worm rod and an upper pivot shaft; and the second worm rod and the upper pivot shaftare partially engaged. The second worm rod in the pitching revolving mechanism is rotated; and the part thereof engaged with the upper pivot shaft drives the upper pivot shaft to rotate.
